YOU WANT IT? WE BUILT IT
Ranch X Rodeo Association was born from the need for reliable, stable, and accountable leadership across the Prairie, Mountain, Badland, and Grassland territories. A small group of rank roughstock riders and a promoter came together to organize and strategize, forming a clear mandate: operate with accountability, build long-term stability, and reliably execute the responsibilities expected of a professional sanctioning body.
OUR MISSION
Ranch X Rodeo Association is proudly supported by its founders, Scott Lucero, Bee Underwood, Charg Hebb, and Erin Snider, whose leadership and vision guide the organization forward. With the support and collective wisdom of dedicated riders, competitors, judges, timers, chute bosses, stock contractors, and businesses throughout the rodeo community, RXRA is built on a strong foundation of experience and trust. Together, across Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, North and South Dakota, and Nebraska, we are committed to accountability, event support, strong leadership, long-term stability, and the reliable execution of the responsibilities expected of a professional sanctioning body. Our organization is governed by its membership, with issues voted on and approved by the body of members, and carried out by member-appointed staff to ensure transparency, representation, and accountability.
